One of the Co-op’s New Years resolutions is to re-engage with our membership by providing monthly updates about what we’ve been up to. Starting now, we’ll be posting our monthly Board of Directors meeting minutes on our News & Events page, along with a quick summary of the meeting.
Board meetings are open to the public; please join us if you’d like! We meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm at IME.
Here are December’s meeting minutes and some highlights:
- We finalized plans for our Annual Member Meeting on Dec 11, 2024 at 6:30 Ledge Brewing Company in Intervale, NH.
- We got updates about potential rental spaces: there are two building owners who may be interested in renting space to the co-op, but both have some hurdles before we could start building a gym; there’s a space with a for rent sign in East Conway that we’re going to look into; and we heard that some potential rental spaces won’t work due to change-of-use issues.
- We discussed goals for 2025: re-engaging our membership; establishing a co-op calendar to get meetings and other annual tasks organized; and outreaching to our members who might have skills they want to contribute to the co-op.
